    Jackson and Nelson hold WFR certification through Munro Medical Solutions. This exceeds anything Tanzania National Park regulations require.

  • Supplementary oxygen carried on every expedition

    Not just emergency oxygen. Two cylinders per expedition, with masks and regulators, carried from day one.

  • Asset-controlled accommodation

    Pre and post-climb at Maridadi Hotel (Moshi). Safari partnerships with Tarangire Greenland Lodge and Conserve Safari Lodge. We control the quality at every link in the chain.

    We send our 2026 net rates, sample itineraries, and partnership terms within 48 hours of the call.

    Pilot booking

    Most partners start with one or two trips before scaling. We expect this. There is no minimum commitment to begin.

    Onboarding & training

    Within two weeks of confirming your first booking: your sales team is briefed, your marketing assets are delivered, your account manager is assigned.

    Ongoing partnership

    Quarterly reviews, annual rate updates, FAM trip opportunities. We treat partners like a long-term commercial relationship, not a transactional supplier-client.

What is Legend's pricing structure for trade partners?

We offer transparent net rates with tiered volume pricing. The exact structure depends on your projected volume and the trip mix, and we discuss it openly on the partnership call. We do not publish rates publicly because they are tailored to each partner relationship.

Do you offer white-label Kilimanjaro climbs?

Yes. We can deliver full white-label operations where your clients never see Legend's branding. Your kit, your client comms, your trip dossier. We operate invisibly while maintaining identical standards to our retail expeditions.

What is your minimum group size for trade bookings?

We can run a Kilimanjaro climb from two clients upwards, though there is a small group supplement on groups under six. There is no minimum for safari bookings.

How far in advance do trade bookings need to be confirmed?

We recommend 90 days for Kilimanjaro climbs to lock in accommodation, permits, and the best guides. For safari, 45 days is usually sufficient outside peak season. We can move faster than this for established partners.

What insurance and liability cover does Legend carry?

We carry full public liability insurance for expedition operations in Tanzania, plus comprehensive vehicle and equipment cover. We can provide certificates and full documentation as part of the onboarding process. Your clients will still need their own travel and medical insurance.

Do you sell direct in our markets at lower prices?

No. We protect our trade partners. Our retail pricing is set at a level that gives partners genuine commercial space, and we do not run promotions or discounts that would undercut your published rates.

Can our sales team visit Tanzania on a FAM trip?

Yes. We run dedicated FAM trips for partner sales teams twice a year, and bespoke FAM trips for larger partners on request. The structure typically includes a 4-day Kilimanjaro section and a 3-day safari section, with full operational briefings throughout.

Who do I contact day-to-day once we are working together?

You will be assigned a named account manager who handles all your enquiries, bookings, and in-trip support. For larger partners, Jack remains personally involved in the relationship and is reachable directly.
