Two Tanzanias in One Trip

What you'll do

Twelve days is the natural length for a Tanzania trip that pairs the northern safari circuit with a proper stretch on Zanzibar. The first seven days cover the headline destinations: Tarangire and its elephants, Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti from Central plains all the way up to the Mara River. Then the rhythm changes.

On day eight we fly from the Serengeti to Zanzibar, and four nights at Infinity Lodge on the east coast follow. The pool runs along the seafront, the beach is at the door, the cuisine leans into coastal flavours, and the days slow down. On day twelve we transfer you to Zanzibar International Airport for your onward flight. The full board, drinks-included philosophy carries through both halves of the trip.

Jack kept in constant contact with me prior to me leaving the UK, whilst I climbed Kili and on safari, this level of communication was beyond my expectation! and we have kept in touch afterwards because I will certainly be going on another adventure with them! If I could give more than a 5 star review I would for Legend Expeditions!

I would whole heartedly recommend adding the safari package on to your trip. The knowledge of the Legend team on locating and explaining about the animals is second to none. The accommodation and catering were also excellent.
