By booking an expedition with Legend Expeditions ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an expedition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payments
Reservation Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid government-issued ID is required during the booking process.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a different payment scheme has been agreed upon.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
Pricing
Expedition prices are listed in the respective currency and are subject to change without notice.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Participant
Cancellations made 2 months or more before the expedition start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 2 months of the start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the expedition start date.
Cancellation by Legend Expeditions
We reserve the right to cancel an expedition due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient participant numbers.
In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same method used for payment.
We are not responsible for any currency exchange rate fluctuations that may affect the refund amount.
4. Participant Responsibilities
Health and Fitness
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health and physical condition for the expedition.
Travel Documentation
Participants must obtain all necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and permits.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to respect the environment, local communities, guides, and fellow travelers at all times.
5. Limitation of Liability
Legend Expeditions is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay during the expedition.
Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential unforeseen circumstances.
6. Miscellaneous
Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather, safety considerations, or other factors outside our control.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or government actions.
